| For simplification reasons, we do not differentiate between the terms apartment and vacation-apartment. The number of persons you state will determine the size of the accommodation. | ||

| There is no additional charge to the prizes for accommodations listed on your result page. All prizes are final. | ||

| I prefer staying at a womans´house? | ||
| We will try to find a bed and breakfast guest room for you with one of our female hosts. | ||

| What is a bed and breakfast room? | ||
| You will
stay with nice hosts in a homelike guest
room. Most of our hosts allow the use of
kitchen facilities, likewise bathroom and
toilet - no extra charge. If a host offers breakfast, you will find a prize in the object description under the topic extras. |

| Are fresh towels and bedcovers/linen included into the price? | ||
| At most of our guest rooms and vacation apartments clean toxels and bed sheets are included into the prize. At some few apartments you have to bring your own towels. This will be announced on the description for the apartment. | ||

| Arrival and departure - at what time can I move in? | ||
| Check-in time is 2:00 pm usually, check-out time is about 12:00 pml. You may also discuss arrival and departure time with your host. | ||

| From whom and when do I get the keys for my accommodation? | ||
| The host will hand out the keys to you upon arrival. | ||
| |
||
| How and when do I pay my accommodation? | ||
| The remaining amount (total amount minus deposit) is to be payed to the host upon arrival. | ||

||
| Can I book on the day of arrival? | ||
| Booking a vacation-apartment or guest room at the day of arrival is possible in exceptional cases only. | ||

||
| At what time is a reservation/booking obligatory? | ||
| A reservation/booking is obligatory, as soon as your deposit shows on the bank account of stadtbett GbR. | ||
