Terms of procuration:
Stadtbett is
an accommodation service procuring accommodations
in behalf of the hosts. Stadtbett does
not offer any services on their own account,
but procures them on behalf of the host.
The contract comes about between host
and guest solely.
The contract of accommodation is valid
as soon as the guest receives a booking
confirmation through stadtbett.
The host is obliged to have the object
available for the booked time. He otherwise
must pay compensation to the guest.
Booking procedure:
Having placed an order with stadtbett agency
the guest is required to pay a deposit
of the total payment.
After the payment is made the guest will
receive a booking confirmation with name.
adress, telephone number and email adress
of the host.
He may then contact the host via telephone
or email to discuss arrival time and
further details.
Payments:
All payments are due upon arrival. The
guest is required to show Passport or
ID. It is the hosts decision to request
a deposit or not (i.e. for the apartment
keys).
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation the guest is
required to pay the following cancellation
fee of the total booking fee:
up to 30 days before arrival: 0%

less than 29 days before arrival: 20%
less than 20 days before arrival: 30%
less than 15 days before arrival: 40%
less than 10 days before arrival: 50%
less than 5 days before arrival: 80%
less than 1 days before arrival:
100%
* stadtbett will
refund any payed deposit to the guest
if an object is canceled up to 30 days
before arrival.
Collection of cancellation fee:
It is the right of the host to demand
cancellation fee from the guest. Stadtbett does
not demand any cancellation fee, but
will keep the deposit in case of cancellation
after 30 days before arrival.
Liability:
Stadtbett agency
is not a travel agency. The terms of
the German Civil Code regarding the rights
of travel agents including liability
are therefor invalid.
Stadtbett is
not liable for anything resulting from
force majeure or communications network
faults. Liability is limited to intend
and gross negligence.
Severability clause:
In case of legal ineffectiveness of one
of the terms and conditons, whether partly
or fully, other terms and conditions
won't be effected.
Place of jurisdiction is Berlin. The
law to be applied is the German Civil
code.
